As the cost to run our business continues to rise, we have made the decision to increase a select number of our service fees to accommodate.

Some of our Naturopathic Treatments price increase ($135->$150) will take effect on January 1st, 2025

>24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Effective Immediately

• Please give us ​at least 24 HOURS NOTICE​ to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (No-show), will be charged the Full Appointment Fee

• This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC.

• Patients with frequent cancellations less than 24 hours or miss their appointment (no-show) will be asked for their credit card information and may lead to booking restrictions.
